Yesterday we went for a drive to Cordeaux Dam near Picton, south of Sydney for a picnic with one of my flickr friends and her three boys. It was pouring in Sydney when we left (as it has been all school holidays grrrrr) but as we got further south the weather got clearer. Luckily the rain held off for us and the kids had a great time running around in the Autumn leaves and Karen and I had fun chasing them with our cameras. Here are some of the spoils.

Yes that's a real mushroom (or is it a toadstool). They were everywhere and Max really wanted to eat them.

Chatting to new friends.
These two were really funny together.
He is 7 and she is 3 (almost 4) and they had only met that day. They chatted away and teased each other like they were old friends. She even brought up the subject of marriage, as only a 3 year old can do. He ran away when his mum suggested they hug goodbye but he quite enjoyed being chased.
