Friends Forever!

Molly has a new best friend.
Her name is Lily and she has just moved into the house next door.
Molly and Lily go to pre-school together and Molly told me they are "friends forever".

The Big Day Arrives

At last it was time for Molly to start pre-school.
She was up and dressed with her backpack on by 6.30am.

This video was taken as we were getting ready to get in the car.
To say she was impatient is an understatement!

Molly's teacher Miss Chris helped her unpack her bag and put it in her special spot.

Pre-school - The Dress Rehearsal

After visiting the pre-school Molly will be attending next year, she was so excited about going that we decided to start her early.
We went shopping for all the necessary supplies.
Backpack, lunch box and Nanny made a special preschool sheet.
Molly was so excited that she got herself all ready a few days early.
We'll just call it the dress rehearsal.
Did I mention that she is excited?

Painting at Home

Molly has been asking for ages to do some painting so we took advantage of Max having a long nap and went for it. It was nowhere near as messy as I thought it would be and Molly had a great time.

Molly, Ben and Max had an absolute HOOT!

Don't you just love Molly with the floatie! I am proud to report that the very next day she swam in a very deep pool with her floatie. That was a big step for Molly who has been really afraid of pools up until now.

After a while Max decided to take it a bit easy.

It was one of those great afternoons you wish didn't have to end.
